Description of Practice
​
Frank Mack is a trained mediator who has skills that include an arsenal of negotiation techniques, human dynamics skills and powers of effective listening, articulation and restatement skills that provides mediation participants an opportunity to seek solutions that addresses their concerns.
​
Professional Background
Since 1978, Frank Mack has been providing management and leadership services in the areas of:
*Coordinating support services for adults with disabilities through his role as a Social Worker at Bibb Training Center;
​
*Providing Adult/Child Protective Services, Adoption Services, Foster Care Services, etc. through his role as the Services Program Director at the Department of Family & Children Services;
​
*Providing Security Services; Social Service Programs, lease enforcement, etc. through his role as Director of Housing Management at the Macon Housing Authority;
*Managing Counseling Programs for individuals/families/businesses, Employee Assistance Programs, Adoption Services; Domestic Violence Prevention Programs, Dispute Resolution Programs, etc. through his role as Executive Director of Family Counseling Center of Central Georgia.
He is registered as a mediator through the Georgia Supreme Court’s Commission on Dispute Resolution. He is also a Nationally Certified Professional in Mediation.
His mediation training includes General Civil Mediation; Domestic Relation Mediation; Specialized Domestic Violence Mediation and Post Adoption Mediation.

Our Approach
​
Encourage each mediation participant to actively participate in the process and to make sure that the mediation is a "participant-centered" process that focuses primarily upon the needs, rights, and interests of each participant.
​
Fees
$150.00 per hour with a three-hour minimum (split between parties).
