                                                                  Mediating Court Cases

If approved by the court, mediation cases can be a private and informal way of settling a dispute without relying on a legal judgment issued by a judge or jury. The parties involved in mediation meet with one of our neutral third-party mediators to reach a mutually agreeable solution that will address their conflict.

Court mediation has become a popular method of resolving disputes. Reportedly in the US, over 90 % of all civil cases are resolved prior to trial, and many of those cases are resolved through mediation.

Our goal for mediating court cases is to empower the parties to resolve their issues rather than having the court make decisions for them. Our goal is also to allow the parties to maintain their identified appropriate relationship between each other and reduce their court expenses.
